Search legal norms

lexatlas_search

Find norms by meaning or by keywords across jurisdictions and languages (full-text plus semantic search). Call it when you have a legal question but no exact citation, then pass the returned cite ids to lexatlas_verify or lexatlas_get. query needs at least 2 characters including a letter or digit. jur narrows the search; regional jurisdictions (e.g. ru-mow, Moscow) are searched only when named in jur. k = number of results, default 8. Returns cite ids, titles, snippets and status.
